He is survived by: his father John McCusker; his fiancée Katie McLean; his brothers, John McCusker (Amanda), Matthew McCusker (Ashley) and Shane Kelliher (Samantha); Kim Ostatowicz (Daryl). He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews and two goddaughters.
