He was predeceased by : his parents, Pedro Ortiz and Haydee Martinez; his son Pedro Ortiz; and his grandmother Maria Alicea. He is survived by : his daughter Mindy Ortiz; and his siblings, Carmen Soto, Judith Silva (Wilfredo), Migdalia Alicea, Tomasita Alicea, Tomas Alicea (Diana), Margarita Cruz and Juan Alicea. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
