He was predeceased by: his brother Johnathan "Johnny" Ward; his niece Brianna Ward; and his stepfather John May. He is survived by: his parent Fannie "Queen" Ward; his children, Tiana Marie Ward-Filer (Steven), Raymond Ward Jr. and Devin Moore; his grandchildren, Jaden, Jordan and Taylor Filer; and his brothers, Kerry L. Ward (Theresa) and Tony "Tee" Smith. He is also survived by five nieces, five nephews, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
