He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kos and Mary Kos (Marosz); his siblings, Sally Mikowski, Jeanette Kos, Josephine McConnell, Joseph and Edward Kos; and his daughter-in-law Donna Kos.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kos (Lepak); his sons, Raymond Kos Jr. (Deborah) and Gregory Kos; his granddaughters, Christine Rall (Keith) and Kaitlyn Kos (Ryan Keogh); his great grandchild Taylor Rall; and his sister Lois Dominello. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
