He is survived by : his wife Gloria Polick (Szymaszek); his sons, Matthew, Jason and John Polick; his children-in-law, Vanessa Ordonez, Maria Molarella and Selha Polick; and his daughters, Stacia Velez (George Velez) and Dawn Polick-Crosby.
