He is survived by: his mother Eleanore Cook (Van Mol); his stepfather William Cook of Meriden; his girlfriend Michele LaHaye of Meriden; and his siblings, Annie DuBois (Robert Tedesco) of Burlington and Tim Van Mol (Anne) of Texas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
