She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain Lewis Aloia, Sr. (Meriden Police Department) and Erma Aloia; her brother Keith Aloia; and her brother-in-law Julian Vitali (Chuck). She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa Volpe of Meriden; her close friends, Robin Aloia of Meriden and Allison Vitali of East Lyme; her brother Lewis Aloia, Jr. (Jeanette) of Meriden; her nephew Christian Aloia (Tatiana) of Pembroke Pines, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Ryan Volpe-Delage and Violet Volpe.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450).
