He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ostapowicz; his parents, Lottie Manganell and Frank Ostapowicz; his siblings, Frank Ostapovicz, Josephine James and Marian Dembinski; his son Teddy Ostapowicz; and his granddaughter Jill Ostapowicz.
He is survived by: his children, Marc Ostapowicz (Sheila), Donna Carley, Lori Ostapowicz-Critz and Brett Ostapowicz (Claire). He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
