She was predeceased by: her husband John J. "Jack" Maier, Sr.; and her parents, Louis Couture and Albina Couture (Herbert). She is survived by: her significant other Duke; her children, Sandy Maier Schede (Ernest Paul) and John J. Maier Jr. (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jaclyn Schede Piatak, Kathleen Maier Uhlman and John T. Maier; and her great grandchildren, Cecilia Uhlman, Claire Uhlman, Ryder Maier, Talon Maier and Natalie Piatak.
