He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Kane Valente; his stepfather David Valente; his son Connor Haffner; his sisters, Kimberly Cassista (Justin) and Arianne Letourneau (Amanda); his grandmother Florence Kane; his nephew Jackson Cassista; and the mother of his child Damaris Portalatin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
