He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo Garcia and Geralda Garcia (Aponte); and his wife Lucila Rosado Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Sonia Garcia of Meriden and Tomas Garcia Jr. of Hernando, FL; his grandchildren, Tomas III, Jarrel, Sophia and Soleil; his great grandchildren, Tomas IV, Jarrel II and Jayceon; and his siblings, Josefina, Ramona, Guillermo and Maria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and beloved friends.
