She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Church; her parents, Rocco Gelonese and Imagene Gelonese; and her siblings, Rocco Gelonese and Patricia Gelonese.

She is survived by: her children, Nichole Merriam (Jason) and Fred Church; her grandchildren, Destiny Church, Madison Church, Brook-Lynn Church, Vittorio Church, Jevin Merriam, Marley Merriam and Miles Merriam; her great grandchildren, Noah Ortiz and Handy Ellison; and her siblings, Mary Peck, David (Lorna Gelonese) and Lenny (Gail Gelonese). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
