He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Uhlan Jr. and Dorothea Uhlan (Daley); and his brothers, Paul Uhlan, Craig Uhlan and Peter Grossi.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille Uhlan (Gargano); his daughters, Kristen Natlo (Nick) of Meriden and Lauren Eastwood (Michael) of Meriden; his grandchildren, Giovanni and Luca Natlo; his sister-in-law Carol Uhlan; and his nephews, Paul, Erich and Jeff Uhlan.
