He was predeceased by: his former wife Rhoda M. Foley (Elwell); his parents, William F. Foley and Marie Foley (Kaczynski); and his sister Ellen M. Chioffi. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill (John Varley) and Jane (Todd Sperry); and his granddaughters, Danielle, Maegan and Rachel Varley.
