He is survived by: his wife Doris Meier; his son Gary Meier (Tachtorn) of Middlebury; his granddaughter Clara Meier of Middlebury; his sister Nancy Salcito (Gene) of Waterbury; and his cousin Kim Blanchard (Maureen) of New Hampshire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
