It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Coakley (Middlebury, Connecticut), who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Gibeault (Greg), Susan Waldron, Sandra Coakley, Robert Coakley and Richard Coakley (Deborah). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
