She was predeceased by: her husband Richard P. Brown Sr.; her parents, Elton Swanson and Josephine Swanson (Niski); her daughter Kimberly Brown; and her sister Lois Borsos.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Brown Jr. of Middlebury, Christopher Brown (Daniel Pennel Jr.) of Fort Lauderdale, Karla Brown of Davie and Carolyn "Lynn" Downey (Mark) of Watertown; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Emily Downey. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
