He was predeceased by: his parents, Antony Peryga and Marie Peryga (Stasiak); and his brother Marek Peryga. He is survived by: his children, Mark Peryga (Julie), Erik Peryga (Erica) and Silvie Skanderova Perygova (Tomasz); his grandchildren, John, Julian, Paige and David; his sister Teresa Stawski (Marian); and his nephews, Tomasz and Adam.
