He is survived by: his significant other Marion; his child Lynn Lee (Thomas) of Portsmouth, RI; his grandchild Thomas Jr. (Yuracy Salazar-Lee); his children, Dr. Jennifer Hurley (Joel) of Layton, UT, Stephen of Park Ridge, IL, Kathleen of Portsmouth, RI and Michael (Sigrun Hallmeyer); his grandchildren, Johannes (Hans) of Prospect Heights, IL, Hanna of Prospect Heights, IL and Hendrik of Prospect Heights, IL; his daughter Elizabeth Christensen (James); his grandchildren, Andrew of East Hampton, CT. and Colby of East Hampton, CT.; and his sisters, Mary Ann Miaczynski of Pittsburgh, PA and Rose Marie Adams of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
