She was predeceased by: her husband Frank "Fritz" S. Kurnik; her parents, Stanley Jurczak and Mary Jurczak (Baranowski); and her siblings, Genevieve "Jean" Dasho and Stanley F. Jurczak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
