Anna DeProto Morello Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna DeProto Morello of Middletown, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine (Salvatore DeProto) and Anna; her in-laws, Angelo and Josephine Morello; her niece Carmen Filingeri Webber; and her brothers-in-law, Sebastian Scionti and Bruno Morello.
She is survived by: her husband Carmelo Morello; her sons, Angelo (Susan Morello), Salvatore (Nicole Morello) and Michael (Laura Morello); her grandchildren, Melissa, Sarina, Mia, Peyton, Luke, Samantha, Maeson Morello, Jessica, Joseph (Chelsea) and Chloe Amenta; her sister Nellie Filingeri; and her brother-in-law Frank Filingeri of Middletown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the D'Angelo Funeral Home (22 S Main St, Middletown, CT 06457). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Sebastian Church (155 Washington St, Middletown, CT 06457).
