He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine DeMichele. He is survived by: his children, Tony DeMichele III (Ken) of Nevada and Lori Evans (George); his grandchild Kaylyn of Florida; his great grandchild Shari Visconti (Dave) of Florida; Nicole, Stacy and David Jr. of Connecticut. He is also survived by many friends and family.
