She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond E. Mains; her parents, Russell Carter and Emma Carter (Taylor); and her siblings, Murial Jones, Norma Wise, Gloria Hamor, Gordon and Granville Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Mains of Berlin, Dawn Crane (Robert) of Meriden and Pam Mays (Brian) of Bristol; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sura (Robert), Nathaniel Crane and Trevor Mays.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
