Betsy Kensel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy Kensel of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on June 11, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond W. Kensel; her parents, Frederick E. Stevens and Millicent Stevens (Potter); her daughter Linda Voboril of Arizona; her son-in-law Edward DePenning of Manchester; and her brothers, Jack, Richard, William, Gene, Edward and Donald Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine DePenning of Manchester, Cheryl Pelletier (Rodney) of Cromwell and Jeffrey Kensel of Nebraska; her son-in-law Charles Voboril of Arizona; and her sister Janet Gallagher of Meriden. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
