With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bettye LaBella Cuper of Middletown, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2026 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her husband John Cuper; and her children, Stephen LaBella and Theresa Holloman (LaBella). She is survived by: her brother Roger Tremblay of Middletown; her children, Richard LaBella of Middletown, Joy LaBella of Rocky Hill and Dale St. Louis of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Steven LaBella, James LaBella, Michael Grant, Tonya Herring, Jennifer LaBella, Mylene Wynn, Angela Adragana and Bruce St. Louis Jr.; her great grandchildren, Asia, Tai, Dashawn, Alexis, Travis, Camryn, Jordan, Jaeden, Makye, Amyah, Yanna and Jayceon; and her caregivers, Jess, Angela, Tilly and Natassja. She is also survived by her family, friends.
