She is survived by: her children, Donald F. D'Amico, Jr. of Middletown and Darlene Aivano (Robert) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Dawn Mendez (Joseph Marcucio) of Northford and Joseph D'Amico (Gaylynn) of Cromwell; and her great grandchildren, Jason Collins, Angelise Mendez and Gabriele Francis Moses D'Amico.
