He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward Fulton and Helen Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Laina Fulton, Marcus Johnson of Louisana, LaNina Fulton and Sharena Fulton; his close friend Kim Miller of Louisiana; and his siblings, Marilyn Fulton, Heyward, Robert "Tim" Fulton, Dorothea Nelson and Kenneth Fulton.
