Evelyn Smigel Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 17, 2023, at the age of 83, Evelyn Smigel of Middletown, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph E. Smigel, Sr.; her parents, Ernest Edgar Clark, Sr. and Edna Clark (Bauchman); and her son William Smigel. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Smigel Jr. (Laura Bixby), James Smigel (Shirlon) of Durham, John Smigel of Middlefield and Sandra Paskiewicz (Michael) of Middletown; her siblings, Elizabeth Benton and Clark, Jr. (Gail); her grandchildren, Justin, Larissa Paskiewicz, Audra, William Smigel and Daniel Smigel; and her great grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Lilith Paskiewicz and Kali Buckley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
