She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie E. Watford and Garnett Ruth Wiggins-Watford. She is survived by: her children, Milton L. Mitchell, Sr. of Fort Washington and Freda A. Mitchell of Meriden, Connecticut.; and her sons-in-law, Michael L. Spievey of Middletown, Connecticut, Shirley D. Mitchell of Middletown and Raleigh L. Mitchell, Jr. of Middletown, Connecticut. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister and one brother.
