He was predeceased by: his father Norman Goeschel; his brother Richard Goeschel; his aunt Lorna Goeschel; and his mother Shirley Goeschel Willis. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Vaughan); his daughters, Debra Goeschel (Mike Emler) and Lori King; his granddaughter Madeline King; his son Gary Goeschel II (Lori); his grandchildren, Anthony and Thomas; his daughter Elizabeth; his brother James Willis; his niece Tracy Chamberland (Tony); and his uncle Calvin Goeschel. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
