As George departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved George. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Looby and Laura Looby (Anderson) of Middletown; his sister Janet Ziegler; and his son Todd Looby. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Looby (Harmon); his children, Timothy Looby and Jennifer Mansfield (Craig); his daughter-in-law Lynn Looby; his granddaughters, Emily Riemer (Hans) and Laura Looby; and his sister-in-law Denise Roberts. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Woodstock Lions Club or Woodstock Historical Society.
