She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mlynarcik and Josephine Mlynarcik (Sochacki); and her sister Carolyn Augeri. She is survived by: her husband Nathan L. Jacobson; her children, Geoffrey Jacobson (Carol) of Chester and Nadine Bell (David Bell) of Rocky Hill; her grandchildren, Sarah Robinson (Matthew), Dr. Brian Bell (Kimberely Rutherford), Kaitlyn Eannotti (Joshua), Joshua Bell (Heather Petzold-Bell) and Matthew Jacobson; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Madelyn Robinson, Emma, Ethan Bell and Avery Eannotti.
In lieu of flowers donation in Gerry's memory can be made to Forgotten Felines or an animal shelter of your choice, YMCA Camp Hazen or The Chester Historical Society.
