Phelps; his wife Ursula Gardner (Arndt); his children, William Gardner (Karen) of Randolph, NJ, Katherine and Gretchen Weitz (Stuart) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Emma and Jack; his children, Beth Blasi (Francis) of Salinas, CA, Elliot, Ethan, Eli and Evan; and his siblings, Donald Nydegger of Phoenix, AZ and Marjorie Hayes of Alta Loma, CA..
