She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Siscavage; her parents, John W. Wojcicki and Sophie Wojcicki (Forczek); and her siblings, Eugene, Michael, John Wojcicki, Mary Taylor and Veronica Lipinski.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph J. Siscavage of Middletown, Dona J. Siscavage (Jacqueline C. Golletz) of Middletown and Cynthia J. Siscavage of Middletown; and her sister-in-law Helen Wojcicki of Middletown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
