He was predeceased by: his spouse Wladyslawa "Lottie" Cyrulik (Kowalczyk); his father Waclaw Cyrulik; and his siblings, Edward, Frank, Joseph, Adolph Cyrulik, Mary Cyrulik, Helen Malinowski, Stephanie Bystrek and Veronica Kolenda.
He is survived by: his children, Diane (Stanley Wollock) of Deep River, John Cyrulik, Jr. (Carol) of Leland, NC, Anthony Cyrulik (Leslie) of Rocky Hill and Philip Cyrulik (Gail) of Overland Park, KS; his siblings, Stanley Cyrulik of Waterford and Mary Tomczak of Middletown; his grandson Stanley Wollock, Jr. (Michelle) of East Lyme; and his great grandchild Samantha Wollock.
