He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Rubino and Daniel Rubino; his siblings, Daniel Rubino (Patti) of West Chester, PA and Sandi Barbiero (Paul) of North Haven; his wife Donna Rubino (Day); his daughters, Kristen (Joshua), Yahwak and Amy Newton (Joshua); and his grandchildren, Lucy, Benjamin and Gemma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (44 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's memory to support research done by the ALS Association (als.org) to find a cure for ALS.
