He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Misenti and Giulia Misenti (Marchese); and his sisters, Maria Saraceno and Eleonora DiMauro. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his daughters, Julia Conti (Domenico) and Mattea Finkle (Edward); his grandchildren, Alexa Conti, Martina Conti, Cara Conti, Matthew Finkle and Kayla Finkle; and his sisters, Anna Rotondi, Filomena Annino and Flavia DeBiasi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Saint Sebastian Church Renovation Fund.
