He is survived by: his sister Elaine Kasack of Newington; his brother-in-law Bruce Kasack of Westbrook; his niece Sarah Kasack Rixey (RJ) of Everett, MA; his nephew Todd Kasack (Christina) of Portland, CT; and his stepfather Robert Fantone of Newington, CT.
