Jozef Baran Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jozef Baran of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jozef farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jozef is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Baran and Czeslawa Baran; his children, Przemek Baran of Middletown, CT, Daniel Baran-Wilkie (Erin) of Clinton, MA and Basia Usdan (David) of Harwinton, CT; and his grandchildren, Sebby and Ruthie.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his name.
