She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dominick and Lillian Gay Dominick; and her sister Sharon Moore. She is survived by: her children, Peter Rosa and Shelley Rosa of Middletown; and her grandson Peter Aldo Rosa. She is also survived by her children and grandson, she leaves behind many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to one of Kathy's favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
