He is survived by: his father William Parker Sr. of Derby, Kansas.; his wife Denise Humphrey Parker; his daughter Alexandria Doyles (Elias Dean Sr.) of Hartford, CT; his grandson Elias Dean Jr. of Hartford, CT; his stepchildren, Takesha Outland, Craig Outland Jr. of Middletown, CT and Shalisa Bulluck of New Britain, CT; his siblings, Dennis Outland, Lewis Outland, Christopher Askew, Craig Outland Sr., William Parker Jr., David Lane and Kendra Parker; and his aunts and uncles, Gladys McGill, Alice Ingram, Emmanuel Parker and George Parker Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
