She was predeceased by: her parent Andrzej Polewacz. She is survived by: her mother Jadwiga Polewacz of Poland; her sister Kasia Zakrzewski (Pawel); her nibling Wiktor; her stepmother Halina Polewacz; her stepbrother Seweryn Rutkowski (Izabela); the father of her child Paul Solis-Salazar; her grandmother Jadwiga Polewacz; her brothers, Maciej, Tomek and Pawel Lapko; Kaya and Max. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Klaudyna's sons educational fund, in care of the funeral home.
