He is survived by: his significant other Milagros Santiago of Middletown; his children, Lawrence Luppert of Norwich and Yvonne Saldana of Middletown; his siblings, Robert Luppert (Sandra) of North Franklin, CT, William Luppert (Cathy) of Derry, NH, Valerie Tucker (Thomas) of Hampton, CT and Carol Rinbolt (Keith) of Uncasville, CT; and his granddaughters, LeAna of New Britain, CT and Lexus Thomas of New Britain, CT. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
