She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Fitts and Ruth Fitts (Martin); and her siblings, Willie Shirley Fitts, Jimmie Wilson Fitts, Raliegh Fitts and Odell Mae Hoggard.
She is survived by: her sisters, Francis Stamp and Gertrude Slade of Danville, Virginia; and her children, Carol Myers, Edward James Coleman, Joanne Overton and Mary Askew.
