He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Rutledge and Eugene Tarlton; and his daughter Diane Marie Elder (Patricia Elder). He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Elder, Sabina Elder, Raven Singleton and Torian Erker (Jay); his grandchildren, Michael Elder, Mya George, Jackson Erker and Ellie Erker; his brother-in-law Roger Thomas; and his friends, Bobby and Linda Dantzler.
