She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Mikulski; her parents, John M. Flis and Jean Flis (Grzegorczyk); and her siblings, Elaine Pawlak and John J. Flis.

She is survived by : her sons, Peter Pawlak of Middletown, Timothy Pawlak (Paola) of Middletown, Todd Pawlak of Middletown and David Pawlak (Janice) of Middletown; her sisters, Judith Flis of New Britain and Christine Raia (Joseph) of Niantic; her siblings-in-law, Gerald Pawlak of Newington and Francine Flis of Bristol; her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Pawlak, Damon Pawlak and Jason Flis; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Pawlak, April Pawlak, Jacqueline Pawlak, Timothy Pawlak Jr., Caroline Pawlak and Anthony Pawlak. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Church (310 Westfield St, Middletown, CT 06457).
