He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Testa and Bonnie Testa (Bates) of Southington; his significant other Joyce Dominello of Middletown; his children, Brittany Dominello of Colchester and Darin Dominello of Middletown; his sisters, Kristen Kowalczyk (Richard) of Southington and Lisa Bennett (Joseph) of Meriden; his siblings' children, Joey, Ian, Trevor and Samantha; his mother-in-law Carol Millington of Portland; and his sister-in-law Christine Millington.
