D'Amico of Rancho Palos, CA.; his aunt Virginia Steadham O'Brien; his uncles, Anthony D'Amico (Sharon), Ralph Steadham Jr. (Karen), Arnold Steadham and Edward Steadham (Suzanne); and his cousins, Denis, Evan, Scott O'Brien (Michelle), Brian (Diandra), Timothy D'Amico (Kristina), Katharine Steadham Woltornist (Steve), Elizabeth Steadham Kingsley (Ben), Caroline Steadham, Amico, Talevi and Lovullo.
