He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila L Pear; and his brother Joel Pear. He is survived by: his children, Michael R. Pear (Sheri) and Amy C Pear (Kathleen McPherson); and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Zarch, Noreen Zupnik and Elizabeth "Betty" Pear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
