It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Anne Miner of Middletown, Connecticut, born in Keene, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sweeney and Ella Sweeney (Seaver); her son Richard Miner; and her sister Linda. She is survived by: her children, Kimberley Larkin, Angela Miner and Roger Miner; and her brothers, Rick, Jerry and Sam. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
